Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
2-3 years in a managerial role

Proven experience managing and closing high-value property transactions.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market (off-plan, secondary, or commercial).
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
RERA certification is highly preferred.
