Ideal Realtor Real Estate is seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead, scale, and optimize our sales team in Dubai's dynamic property market. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performing agents, and executing strategic sales initiatives across off-plan, secondary, and leasing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including conversions, revenue, and agent performance
Support the team with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions
Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to build a strong and scalable sales force
Maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and key stakeholders
Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, and company policies
Prepare accurate sales reports and market insights for senior management
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in Dubai real estate sales
Proven track record in managing and scaling successful sales teams
Strong knowledge of Dubai property market, off-plan projects, and secondary sales
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
RERA certification
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
