Glencove Property in Bay square Dubai with a strong market presence and a premium property portfolio. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager/Team Leader to lead, train, and manage a team of sales brokers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- building and managing a results-driven sales team
- implementing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong brokerage experience and the ability to coach brokers through high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales brokers
Set, monitor, and drive sales targets and KPIs
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct ongoing training on sales techniques, negotiations, and RERA compliance
Support brokers in closing complex and high-value luxury transactions
Monitor sales pipelines, lead quality, and conversion rates
Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and internal policies
Provide market intelligence, pricing strategies, and performance reporting
Build a high-performance, professional sales culture
Candidate Requirements:
3-5+ years of proven experience in Dubai real estate brokerage
Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader
Strong knowledge of the luxury residential and off-plan market
Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and retain brokers
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with a strong closing background
Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
