Etihad National Holding is a dynamic and fast growing company. We are currently in search of a committed and exceptionally skilled Real Estate Experienced leader to build team of sales agents. This position entails leadership, management, team work, marketing, property listings, and providing valuable guidance to team members, making it an enticing prospect for individuals aspiring to excel in the real estate industry.

Postion Overview:

As a Sales Manager - Real Estate is responsible for daily operation, marketing, property listings, presenting an exciting opportunity for those seeking advancement in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

Guide and support the team in marketing the properties at the right price and under favorable terms. Assess teams to guide there clients' needs and financial capabilities to suggest tailored solutions. Facilitate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and transparent transactions. Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values. Showcase and advertise properties to potential buyers along with the team. Lead the team to prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements. Oversee property auctions or exchanges. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Expand networks and collaborate with legal professionals, mortgage lenders, and contractors. Drive sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Stay informed about real estate markets and industry best practices.

Requirements and Skills:

Demonstrated experience as a Manager- Real Estate . Proven track record of successful leading team and sales. Ability to work independently with outstanding interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities. Approachable and reliable. Familiarity with MS Office applications. Multilingual proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory. Very good communication skills Fluent in English Additional language proficiency is advantageous.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
