Sales Manager Real Estate
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in Dubai. If you're a strong closer, team leader, and know the Dubai property market, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants
Drive sales targets and team performance
Oversee lead management, negotiations, and closings
Build relationships with clients and developers
Ensure compliance with RERA and company processes
Requirements
4+ years real estate experience in Dubai
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan or secondary market
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
RERA certification is a plus
