Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager

to

build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team

for our growing real estate company in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader with a

proven track record in achieving targets, growing revenue, and developing top sales talent

. The candidate

must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car

for site visits, client meetings, and property inspections.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership



Recruit, train, and mentor

a strong sales team from the ground up. Foster a

motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture

. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans. Identify high-potential talent and create succession strategies for leadership roles. Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and career growth guidance to team members.

Sales & Business Growth



Develop and execute

effective sales strategies

to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, and developers. Oversee property transactions, negotiations, and deal closures. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Report team performance, forecasts, and business growth to management.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field

.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

in real estate sales with a

proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets

. Strong expertise in

team leadership, recruitment, mentoring, and performance management

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Proficiency in

CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools

. Knowledge of

Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property laws

.

Valid UAE driving license and own car

is mandatory. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for growing teams and revenue.
