Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a sales team
Drive team performance to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Support agents in negotiations and closing deals
Develop team strategies for success in primary and secondary markets
Recruit, train, and mentor agents as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and major developers
Ensure top-level customer service and company standards
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of Dubai Real Estate experience (Mandatory)
Proven experience in team handling / real estate leadership
Strong closing skills and track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Must have experience working with
multiple developers in Dubai
Candidates who can join with a team of agents will be preferred
