Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet targets. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotional activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Manage the sales budget, forecasts, and pipeline effectively. Handle high-value client negotiations and close deals when necessary.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
