Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Monitor daily performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and closing ratios.
Maintain strong relationships with developers and ensure access to premium project inventory.
Manage and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and conversion data to identify improvement areas.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and sales briefings.
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and ensure proper follow-up.
Handle key clients, close high-value deals, and assist agents in complex negotiations.
Ensure the team's compliance with RERA and company policies.
Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales agents.
