Responsibilities will include:
Manage and lead a team of sales executives (off plan and primary) Lead and manage sales team to close sales and communicate with their clients effectively. Conduct meetings with team members and briefings to ensure that all team members are aligned with their effort.Going to client meeting with team members.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine presentation to the clients on the project. Managing activities about negotiating/finalizing deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
Consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
Display and market real property to possible buyers.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Develop new business opportunities by researching prospecting new ventures within the industry.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Manager in off-plan and primary sales in UAE- Must
Minimum 2+ years' experience in handling a team.
Proven track of successful sales record.
Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy.
MS Office familiarity.
Real estate agent's or broker's license is a plus
