Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance. Generate new leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and brokers. Oversee property sales transactions, including negotiations, documentation, and closing deals. Ensure all listings are updated on portals and marketing materials are effectively used. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA/real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-5
years of experience in real estate sales
, with at least2 years in a managerial role
. Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations in UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
