We are looking for a

highly driven and experienced Sales Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with an extensive background in Dubai's real estate market and a proven record of closing successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management. Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, enhancing team productivity and professionalism.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience as a Sales Manager

in real estate

OR 5+ years as a successful Real Estate Agent

in Dubai. Proven track record with

documented sales figures and closed deals

in the UAE real estate market. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
