Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for off-plan projects to achieve revenue targets Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team specializing in off-plan Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients Oversee the end-to-end sales process for off-plan projects, from lead generation to deal closure Monitor market trends, project launches and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management Ensure compliance with

RERA

and industry regulations throughout the sales process

Requirements

5+ years of real estate sales experience in UAE (2+ years in leadership preferred)

Strong network with developers and investors in the off plan market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage and inspire large sales teams to consistently meet targets Hand-on experience with

CRM systems

, specifically

Bitrix24,

for lead management pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
