Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven
Sales Manager / Team Leader
to head our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in Dubai real estate, and the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Train, support, and coach team members to maximize productivity.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure smooth closing of property transactions and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
