Sales Manager
to lead and inspire our real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client negotiations.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai's real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
