Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 8-10 property consultants
Drive monthly targets and team performance
Train agents, support in closing deals, and manage the sales pipeline
Handle team recruitment and performance reviews
Collaborate with marketing for lead flow and feedback
Ensure high-quality client service and deal closure efficiency
Requirements:
3+ years of UAE real estate experience, with 1+ year in a team lead or manager role
Must have managed a team of 8-10+ agents
Strong leadership and closing skills
Proven record of achieving team sales targets
Based in the UAE and ready to join with their top team members (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market
Good command of English; other languages are a plus
