Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies, especially for

off-plan properties

.

? Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.

? Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.

? Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

? Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience

in Dubai real estate, specifically in

off-plan sales

. Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.. Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach. Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
