We're growing fast--and we're looking for a high-performing

Sales Manager

to lead our off-plan division and take our sales operations to the next level.

What You'll Do:

- Lead, manage, and grow a team of property consultants focused on off-plan property sales

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious monthly and quarterly targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and investors

- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing movements in the off-plan sector

- Conduct team training, sales briefings, and performance reviews

- Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, and real estate roadshows

- Track KPIs, manage pipelines, and report performance to senior leadership

What We're Looking For:

> 5+ years of real estate sales experience (at least 2 in off-plan/project sales)

> Proven track record of team leadership and exceeding targets

> Strong network of developers, brokers, and HNW clients is a big plus

> Confident communicator and skilled negotiator

> CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

> Real estate license (if applicable in your location)
