Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive growth in our new Business Bay branch. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to excel in a competitive market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
