Job Overview:
Maverick Realty is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and energize our sales team in the thriving Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the Dubai property landscape, and a proven ability to manage, train, and inspire a team to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and increase market share.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet and surpass performance goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to successful deal closure.
Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing competitor activities, pricing models, and market dynamics.
Partner with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
Ensure strict adherence to RERA regulations and company policies.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Sales Manager in Dubai's real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including developers and off-plan projects.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Strong client and investor network is an added advantage.
Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
RERA certification is preferred.
Age range: 27-50 years.
