We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Manager to sell our career training program to freshers, job seekers, and career switchers. If you have experience in EdTech, real estate, or training sales -- this role is for you.
Responsibilities
:Generate leads through online platforms, college outreach, and job boards
Explain course benefits, pricing, and placement support to prospects
Follow up with leads via meeting,phone, WhatsApp, email
Close sales and meet monthly targets
Maintain records using Google Sheets/CRM
Coordinate with the training and placement team for student onboarding
Requirements
:2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in education, real estate, or recruitment)
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
Fluent in English; Arabic/Hindi is a plus
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a big advantage
Compensation:
Basic Salary: AED 3,000 - 7,000/month (based on experience) +Commission +Bonuses for meeting targets
