Position: Sales Manager

Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Dubai

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales professionals to join our real estate team, working with a Royal Family Developer in JLT, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building relationships with clients, and managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads Promote and sell the company's real estate properties to prospective clients. Conduct property tours Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transactions while providing excellent customer service. o Stay informed about market trends Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining performance and opportunities. Participate in sales events, property exhibitions, and marketing activities to attract potential buyers. Collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:

Should have experience as a Sales Executive/Relationship Manager in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and current real estate regulations. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills:

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Fluent in English, Arabic

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
