Hadramout real estate , a fast-growing real estate brokerage company in Ajman, is looking to hire an
experienced Real Estate Sales Manager
to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in Ajman real estate sector and the leadership skills to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase property sales and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and client presentations.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation for sales agents.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of proven experience
in real estate sales management .
Strong knowledge of Ajman real estate market, freehold/leasehold areas, and key developers.
Valid
RERA Broker Card/License
is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop strategies and achieve measurable sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
Strong client management and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
