Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Analyze sales data to optimize performance and guide decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in real estate (developer, brokerage, or timeshare), with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
