Role Overview

We are seeking a

highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager

to lead our Indirect Sales Team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in real estate sales management, with strong leadership skills and experience working with agents, brokers, and partnerships within the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the Indirect Sales Team to achieve sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Analyze sales data to guide decision-making and improve team performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of sales experience in real estate (developer, brokerage, or timeshare), including 4+ years in a management role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred Attributes

Familiarity with the Ajman/UAE real estate market and regulations. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking abilities. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
