We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing agents, building strong client relationships, and achieving company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans
Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and performance reviews
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and partnerships
Manage key client accounts and handle high-value negotiations
Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and promotions
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and digital promotions
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales .
At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
