The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and ensure exceptional client service. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and expertise in developing effective sales strategies in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor real estate sales agents.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring high productivity.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Coordinate with marketing to develop promotional activities and lead generation campaigns.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Handle escalated client issues and support closing of high-value deals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field .
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and processes.
