Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Handle high-value client accounts and close key property deals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and local area developments.
Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of property laws, market dynamics, and local regulations.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Must have own vehicle and valid driving license (optional but common in many regions).
