Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents and team leaders.
Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and training as needed.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including negotiations and closing deals.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
Collaborate with marketing to plan lead generation and promotional activities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector (minimum 3-5 years).
In-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, especially Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
