We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be degree-qualified, have a proven track record in real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the real estate sales team
- Drive sales performance to exceed targets
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor agents
- Leverage strong existing relationships with Abu Dhabi/Dubai developers
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan and ready properties in Abu Dhabi
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and developers
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- Proven track record in real estate sales (minimum 3-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and developers
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Salary negotiable + commission
