We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, mentoring sales consultants, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
