We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the performance of agents, ensuring team targets are met, and driving revenue growth through the effective promotion and selling of residential or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
Monitor team performance, provide training and guidance to improve skills and productivity.
Set sales goals, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents.
Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss performance and market trends.
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional efforts to attract potential buyers.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Deep understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
