About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our outdoor media sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OOH advertising, media planning, and client relationship management. This role focuses on driving revenue, expanding client portfolios, and strengthening our presence in the outdoor advertising sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the outdoor media sector.
Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities across media solutions.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and campaigns to clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Set team goals, KPIs, and monitor performance metrics.
Market Analysis & Business Development
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Stay updated on emerging trends in outdoor advertising and media technologies.
Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience
in sales, preferably in outdoor/OOH advertising, media, or signage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the UAE advertising market is preferred.
