company in Sharjah is looking for a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead its sales and client acquisition strategy. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the outdoor advertising industry in the UAE, with proven success in managing high-value clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote outdoor media services (billboards, unipoles, hoardings, digital screens) Identify potential business leads and convert them into long-term clients Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, developers, and government bodies Prepare proposals, media plans, and pricing based on client needs and market standards Collaborate with the marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution Track industry trends, competitor activity, and suggest strategic improvements Attend client meetings, events, and exhibitions to expand business visibility Monitor collections and ensure timely payment follow-ups Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports for management

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

10 years of experience

in

Outdoor Media Sales

(billboards, transit media, mall branding, etc.) Excellent knowledge of the UAE advertising landscape and media buying behavior Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a performance-driven team Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Valid UAE driving license is preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
