Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
Deliver customized advertising solutions aligned with client objectives.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to encourage retention and repeat business.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
Conduct in-depth market research to uncover untapped markets and locations.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, forums, and networking events to boost visibility.

Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
5-10 years of experience in outdoor media sales (mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of outdoor advertising formats, pricing models, and industry trends.
Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
