is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Interior, Exhibition, or Events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals.

Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the interior design, exhibition, and events sectors.

Manage client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Work closely with the project, design, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the company and generate leads.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 years of proven sales experience in the Interior, Exhibition, or Events field.

Strong understanding of the UAE market and client needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

UAE Driving License preferred.

Can join immediately.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 10,000 - AED 16000 + commission

Commission: Attractive incentives based on performance

Benefits: As per UAE Labor Law
