We are seeking a

Senior Sales Manager

to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. This strategic role is perfect for someone with a proven ability to develop markets, drive consistent revenue growth, and lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed set targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and market presence Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales funnel performance Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management Forecast revenue trends and prepare detailed performance reports Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to achieve consistent excellence Align closely with internal teams including Finance, Product, and Customer Success

Candidate Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage) Minimum 10 years of total sales experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role

Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)

Proven track record in closing sales and exceeding revenue targets Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Prior experience in real estate or interior design companies preferred
