Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team
to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and strengthen market presence.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in
commercial and residential interior design sectors.
Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust, excellence, and proactive service.
Collaborate with the marketing team to
generate leads
,
improve brand visibility
, and optimize the sales pipeline.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and forecasts to senior management.
Deliver regular performance reporting, KPIs, and revenue projections.
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop
high-potential sales professionals.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (design, project management, finance) to deliver client solutions.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
Minimum
10+ years of progressive sales experience,
with at least
3 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.
Fluent in
English and Arabic
- Mandatory.
Proven experience in driving sales strategy from planning through execution.
Strong command of sales performance metrics and market analysis.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Experience in the
interior design or real estate sectors
is a strong advantage.
