Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales within the
interior fit-out or construction industry
in the UAE
Strong understanding of the fit-out project lifecycle
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
