Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets across assigned territories
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to deliver best-in-class performance
Manage key customer relationships and negotiate high-value contracts with retailers, distributors, and partners
Identify new business opportunities within the functional foods category and launch go-to-market initiatives
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing, promotions, and product positioning
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize execution
Monitor competitor activities and respond proactively to protect and grow market share
Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
? 5-10 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong background in functional foods, health products, or wellness-focused brands
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
? Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and inspire a sales team
? Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
? Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
? Established network with key players in the FMCG and retail sector is a plus
? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment
