We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our international sales growth across key markets in the GCC, MENA, and Europe. This role will focus on building strong distributor partnerships, managing contractual negotiations, and delivering volume and revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of FMCG export sales experience, a proven track record of hitting targets across multiple markets, and strong distributor management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead export sales expansion into new and existing markets across GCC, MENA, and Europe Develop distribution partnerships and manage contractual negotiations Deliver volume and revenue targets by driving distributor performance Identify new market opportunities and prepare market entry plans Work closely with supply chain and finance to ensure timely order execution and compliance
Requirements
7 years sales experience in FMCG exports Strong distributor management experience Proven track record of hitting sales targets in multiple markets Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)
