Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, distribution, and growth targets.
Ensure that each supervisor consistently meets daily and monthly sales targets across value, product mix, area coverage, returns, and promotions.
Play a hands-on role in the marketplace, motivating and directing Sales Supervisors to maximize sales and maintain high standards of customer service.
Monitor and report on daily/monthly activities including supervisors' performance, sales losses, visibility of shelves and displays, out-of-stock products, and staff/vehicle performance.
Achieve results that deliver strong and sustainable sales performance.
Allocate daily tasks to supervisors, ensure these are logged, and verify task completion by the end of each working day.
Monitor market developments and competitor activities, reporting changes and opportunities immediately.
Conduct regular monthly performance appraisals for each Supervisor and provide rated assessments in line with company policy.
Provide input into the company's advertising and promotional plans in line with overall sales strategy and budget.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in
FMCG
within the UAE/GCC.
Strong network of retail and distribution contacts.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver sales targets.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
UAE driving license is required.
