Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and expand our FMCG distribution network across the assigned regions. The role involves leading a sales team, developing market strategies, managing Brands Growth & achieving revenue growth targets mainly in Organized Trade.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Brands and implement area-specific sales and distribution strategies to achieve business goals.

Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives and supervisors to meet KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts & Trade

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure effective stock management, order processing and timely deliveries.

Review performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Enforce company policies, pricing guidelines, and trade promotions.

Conduct market visits to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5-7 years of FMCG sales and distribution experience in the UAE.

Proven track record of managing sales teams and delivering results.

Deep understanding of UAE FMCG distribution channels and trade dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
