A leading FMCG company is seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our business growth in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, bakeries, and food manufacturers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the FMCG sector.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent results.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' proven sales experience in FMCG (food industry experience preferred).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Based in or willing to work in Ajman.
