We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
with strong expertise in
ELV and Home Automation systems
. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong market connections, and a proven track record in securing project-based sales. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for ELV and Home Automation solutions.
Generate new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow up on project requirements.
Work closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate design and project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support business growth.
Qualifications
10-12 years of experience
in ELV and/or Home Automation sales.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Smart Home Systems, Smart Lighting, AV Systems, and other ELV solutions.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE Driver's License (mandatory).
Strong network of clients within the UAE market is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
