We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and target-driven
Sales Manager
with strong expertise in ELV and Home Automation systems. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, strong client connections, and the ability to drive project-based sales across the UAE market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in ELV and Home Automation sectors.
Generate new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and customized solution demonstrations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
Coordinate with technical, engineering, and project teams for accurate design, estimation, and execution support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making.
Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
Minimum
10-12 years
of experience in ELV or Home Automation project sales in the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Home Automation, Smart Lighting, AV Systems, Networking, etc.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driver's license is
mandatory
