We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Division Manager to lead our ELV & Home Automation division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, team leadership, project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the ELV & Home Automation division, ensuring operational and financial performance.
Develop business strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Identify new project opportunities and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
Oversee sales, technical, and project execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Review and approve technical proposals, quotations, and project designs.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Recruit, train, and guide team members to achieve division goals.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement and promote innovative smart-home and ELV solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in ELV/Home Automation, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Structured Cabling, Smart Home Automation, AV Systems, Lighting Control, etc.
Proven experience managing sales, operations, and project teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
