We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in ELV and Home Automation systems. The ideal candidate will have solid technical understanding, strong client connections, and proven experience in handling project-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for ELV and Home Automation solutions.
Generate new business leads with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and solution demonstrations.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up on project requirements.
Collaborate with technical and project teams for design and execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in ELV/Home Automation sales.
Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Home Automation, Smart Lighting, AV Systems, etc.
Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
