Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for HR services.
Identify and target new business opportunities across different sectors for HR service solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in organizations to expand the client base.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand clients' HR challenges and propose customized solutions to address their needs.
Manage negotiations and close sales deals effectively.
Market Research & Business Development:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay ahead in the HR services sector.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads.
