Operations & Systems Manager - Corporate Services

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Operations & Systems Manager with a strong background in building and optimizing operational systems within the UAE's corporate services sector. This role will focus on designing and managing workflows that ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability across services such as company formation, visa processing, banking onboarding, and client lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for company formation, visas, banking, and client onboarding/renewals. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure compliance. Set up and manage task management systems (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) to track deliverables. Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with UAE laws. Continuously identify gaps and implement improvements.

Requirements

3-4 years' experience in operations management within corporate/professional services in the UAE. Proven track record of building and implementing operational systems. Strong knowledge of UAE corporate processes (company setup, visas, banking, compliance). Proficiency with task management/CRM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Salesforce). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Education not required if industry experience and proven results are demonstrated.

Key Attributes

Ability to design and roll out operational systems from scratch. Solid understanding of the UAE business environment and regulations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
